DON ALLEN'S ART
This a the complete collection of nose art from Don Allen, a ground crewman with the 4th Fighter Group's 334th Squadron. Through much of World War II, he painted artwork at the request of his squadron's pilots on the various aircraft types the squadron flew over the three years it was deployed to England with the 8th Air Force. Many of the planes he painted were flown by the war's most famous aces.
